I had a small issue with my order, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those situations where you have to chase support forever. Luckily, when I messaged furyou.com, they actually got back to me quickly and fixed it without making me feel like I was the problem. After dealing with stuff like this too many times elsewhere, it was a relief. I appreciated the quick replies and would use them again.

I ordered something from furyou.com, and while it did show up in the end, the shipping took a little longer than I was expecting. I also found myself checking the tracking a few times, but the updates were slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just felt kind of average to me.

The packaging was actually really solid and clean, and the item inside came through totally fine with no bends or damage. There was a small dent on one corner of the box, which I noticed right away. For a second I was like, oh great, here we go. But nope, everything inside was perfectly fine, so I’m happy with it overall...

I was excited to get this customized, but the name placement wasn’t quite where I expected it to be. It’s still usable... just not exactly how I pictured it.

But after that, it started showing the package moving along, and everything looked normal. Delivery showed up around when I expected it to, so no real complaints. The prints came out looking blurry, so the quality just wasn’t what I expected. I’m fairly sure it wasn’t an issue with my file, but either way the final result didn’t look very good.

I ordered a portrait from furyou.com of my cat and I was a little nervous, because her face is weirdly hard to capture. She has this tiny white patch on her nose and these permanently annoyed eyes, like she’s judging you for opening a bag of chips too loudly, and they somehow got both exactly right.

When it arrived, my sister recognized her immediately, which pretty much sealed it for me. I had it leaning on the kitchen counter next to a mug and a pile of mail for two days because I kept stopping to look at it. My only regret is not choosing a bigger size, but the likeness was so good. Easy 5 stars

I bought a phone case from furyou.com a few months ago, and to be fair, it’s held up really well. I’m not exactly gentle with my phone and have dropped it more times than I’d like to admit, but the case still doesn’t have any cracks or loose edges.
I wasn’t expecting anything amazing because of the price, but it feels sturdy and hasn’t gotten badly scratched up either. I wouldn’t say it’s some luxury case, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it.

I ordered from Fur about two times, and both orders did show up in the end. The first one arrived quickly, but the second was around a few days late and I didn’t get much of an update while waiting.

Nothing was lost or damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the tracking was a bit clearer and the delivery dates were more dependable. Overall, it was okay, but not amazing

It felt like the kind of place where you can get fair value if you need something, but I wouldn’t say I walked away feeling like I found a bargain. Not bad overall, just could be a little better.

It still works, so I’m not going to say it was a total waste, but for the price I definitely expected better. I just didn’t get the feeling this was a brand-new, quality item, and I’m not sure I’d order again unless they improve things.

and I ordered a top from furyou.com thinking the color would be a lot brighter based on the photos. When it showed up, it was definitely more dull in person. It’s not awful or anything, and the fit was fine, but I do wish the pictures on the site were a little more accurate.

I returned my order a while ago and still haven’t seen the refund come through. The whole return process has been more of a hassle than I expected, and I feel kind of left in the dark because there hasn’t been much communication about what’s going on

The fabric feels thick and sturdy, like it ain’t cheap at all. I haven’t got nothing bad to say about it so far.
